Hey all!

There hasn't been a lot of posting going on here, so I thought I would get one started. The Oklahoma state fair began here in Oklahoma City last Thursday(September 11, 2008) and lasts through the 21 of this month.


So what is the fair? The Oklahoma State fair has been around for as long as I can remember... What started out as just an ordinary country fair where people displayed animals and pie eating contests has now turned into a carnival complete with thrill rides, great food, competitions, and concerts! The fair is a really fun place to visit if you live here in Oklahoma, the rides are awesome and the food is really really good. The weather looks cooperative for the fair this week.... expect mild days with plenty of sunshine, and rather cool nights with lows droppin near the upper 40's. Definantly a taste of fall for sure.
